Adriatic Sea Cruising 6 (Kiet Le)

Verona, Italy
The city of Verona is eternally associated with romance and lost love, famous for being the setting of Shakespeare’s "Romeo and Juliet."
A 14th-century residence with a tiny balcony overlooking a courtyard is said be “Juliet’s House."
The Juliet's balcony is at 27 Via Cappello, where Romeo is said to have scaled the wall of Casa di Giulietta.
Miss Juliet is just as beautiful as the last time we visited her many years ago.

Behind the buildings is the Medieval tower Torre dei Lamberti
The Ponte di Pietra ("Stone Wall Bridge") is another Roman landmark that has survived to this day
The meandering Adige River

The Verona Arena, an ancient amphitheater built by the Romans

The well-preserved 1st-century Roman amphitheater Verona Arena is the third largest in Italy after Rome's Colosseum and the arena at Capua. It could seat 25,000 spectators, currently hosts concerts and large-scale opera performances.
Love the ornate windows

The Torre dei Lamberti is in the background
the Venetian lion, the symbolize of the city.
