Spain Trip 2

Spain - Prado Museum in central Madrid
The Prado Museum has the world's finest collections of European art from 11th-18th centuries and numerous masterpieces by great artists such as El Greco, Velázquez, Goya, Bosch, Titian, Rubens, Bosch, Van Dyck and Rembrandt. It is one of the most visited sites in the world, housing more than 8,600 paintings but exhibit less than 2,000 because of lack of space available. 
I was glad to see many original paintings mentioned in my art class, especially the “The Third of May 1808” painting by Goya. Of course we can only take pictures outside, in the lobby and the gift shop…
