Stockholm, Sweden
Stockholm is Sweden’s center of art and culture. The city is orderly, clean, and beautiful.
We visited the Vasa Museum, built to house the 226-foot-long warship Vasa that sank on its maiden voyage in 1628.
The City Hall is one of Sweden’s most famous buildings for its grand ceremonial halls and unique pieces of art and is the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet held on 10th of December each year. The Nobel Prizes in Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine and Literature are awarded in Stockholm, Sweden, while the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded in Oslo, Norway.
